Free Trials

We offer two types of 7-day free trials to help you evaluate EnginifyAI before committing to a purchase.

Monthly Subscription Trial:

  • 7-Day Trial with Credit Card: You provide your credit card information but are not charged during the 7-day trial period.
  • Active Selection Required: After 7 days, you must actively choose a monthly subscription plan to continue using EnginifyAI features.
  • No Auto-Billing: We never automatically charge you. You must manually select and confirm a plan to begin billing.
  • Free Access After Trial: If you do not select a plan, your account converts to free access with 0 libraries, 0 prompts, 0 versions, and 0 AI credits – allowing you to access your account to download your existing prompts but not create new content.

Lifetime Deal Trial:

  • 7-Day Trial, No Credit Card Required: Evaluate the platform with full trial access without providing payment information.
  • Active Purchase Required: After 7 days, you must actively choose to purchase a lifetime deal to continue using EnginifyAI features.
  • No Auto-Billing: There is no automatic upgrade or billing. You must manually choose to purchase if you wish to continue.

Monthly Subscriptions

When you change your monthly subscription tier, we use prorated billing to ensure fair charges. Upgrades are charged immediately for the remaining billing period, while downgrades provide account credit applied until your next billing cycle. All monthly payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Prorated Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle, you receive a credit for the unused portion of your current tier and are charged for the new tier for the remaining billing period. The net difference is charged immediately.
  • Prorated Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower tier mid-cycle, you receive a credit for the unused portion of your current tier and are charged for the new tier for the remaining billing period. The net credit is applied to your Stripe account and will be used toward future invoices.
  • Immediate Changes: All tier changes take effect immediately upon confirmation. Your access and limits adjust to the new tier right away.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund will be provided for the remaining days.
  • Usage-Based: Monthly credits, AI model access, and feature usage are provided on a monthly basis and do not carry over or qualify for refunds if unused.

Lifetime Deals (Product Hunt & Promotional Offers)

Lifetime deals are one-time purchases that provide permanent access to EnginifyAI at your purchased tier. All lifetime deals come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your lifetime deal purchase, no questions asked. Contact support@enginifyai.com to process your refund.
  • After 30 Days: Lifetime deal purchases are final and non-refundable after the 30-day refund period expires.
  • Upgrades Only: You may upgrade to a higher lifetime tier by paying the price difference. Upgrades are immediate and cannot be reversed.
  • No Downgrades: Once you upgrade a lifetime deal, you cannot downgrade to a lower tier. All upgrades are permanent.
  • No Cancellation: Lifetime deals cannot be cancelled (except during the 30-day refund period). Access remains active indefinitely as long as EnginifyAI services are operational.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, please contact support within 7 days of the charge.
  • Service Unavailability: If EnginifyAI services are unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to platform issues, you may be eligible for a prorated credit.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Fraudulent Charges: If unauthorized charges appear on your account due to security breach or fraud.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by accessing your subscription settings in the app and following the link to manage your subscription through Stripe. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
