AI Model Sync Management and Universal Builder Foundation
October 2, 2025
This release adds administrative tooling for managing AI model data across providers and fixes a critical issue that was preventing the Universal Builder from loading. The model sync system gives administrators precise control over which provider’s model data gets updated, while the Universal Builder fix restores full functionality with properly structured output categories.
New Features
- Per-provider model sync — Administrators can now synchronize AI model pricing and availability data for each provider independently. Four color-coded sync buttons — one each for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI — let you target exactly which provider to update. Each sync operation reports detailed results including how many models were added or updated, and timestamps track when each provider was last synchronized. This replaces the previous all-or-nothing sync approach with precise, targeted control.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Universal Builder not loading — The Universal Builder was displaying a “not found” error and showing zero output categories because required database structures were missing. The necessary tables have been created and populated with 18 output categories organized into six groups:
- Strategic & Planning — Strategic Plan, Business Case, Stakeholder Analysis
- Analysis & Research — Research Report, Risk Assessment, Market Analysis
- Implementation & Execution — Implementation Guide, Performance Metrics, Best Practices
- Creative & Communication — Narrative Story, Visual Design Brief, Campaign Concept
- Technical & Specifications — Technical Specification, Code Implementation, System Architecture
- Summary & Reference — Executive Summary, Quick Reference Guide, Decision Framework
- Fixed duplicate model records — Cleaned up 176 duplicate model records in the pricing database that had accumulated during previous sync operations. The sync process now handles duplicates properly so they won’t recur.
