Version Management with Quota Dashboard

This is a feature-rich release touching three major areas. First, prompt version management is now fully operational with quota enforcement — you can create and delete versions within your plan’s limits, with clear feedback when you approach or hit your cap. Second, the icon and color picker interfaces have been standardized across every place you create or manage a library, eliminating inconsistencies. Third, the quota dashboard and related settings pages have been redesigned with colorful stat cards, progress context, and a cleaner layout.

New Features

• Version creation with quota enforcement — Creating a new prompt version now checks your plan’s version quota before proceeding. If you’ve used all your allocated versions, you’ll see a clear error message showing your current tier (with emoji), your usage count, and your limit. Version creation counts are tracked in real time.
• Version deletion — You can now delete prompt versions you no longer need. Each version card shows a delete button with a trash icon, and a confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletions. Deleting a version frees up quota space — if you were at 50/50 versions and delete one, you’re back to 49/50 and can create a new version immediately.
• Monthly credit reset date — The quota dashboard now calculates and displays when your monthly credits will reset, based on your account creation date. This helps you plan your usage knowing exactly when your credits renew.
• Quota stat cards — The quota dashboard now opens with colorful stat cards showing your current usage at a glance: Libraries, Prompts, Versions, Credits, and BYOK Models. The cards use a responsive grid that adapts from two columns on mobile to five on desktop.

Improvements

• Standardized icon and color pickers — Every place you can create or customize a library now uses the same icon picker and color picker layout: consistent button sizes, label styling, alignment, and responsive grid. This covers library creation, library management, prompt creation, and all builder save flows.
• Icon picker added to analysis builder — The analysis builder’s “Save to Library” flow was missing the icon picker that other builders had. It’s now included, so you can set a custom icon when creating a new library from any builder.
• Simplified “Save to Existing Library” selection — The library selection interface in builders has been changed from a search box with a scrollable card list to a clean dropdown menu showing library icons, names, and default indicators. This is faster and more consistent with selection patterns used elsewhere in the platform.
• Redesigned API settings page — The API key management page uses a more compact layout with approximately 25% shorter cards, tighter padding, and consistent styling. All functionality is preserved with improved density and dark mode support.
• Redesigned prompt creation page — The create prompt page has been refreshed with a gradient icon in the header, bold form labels, improved input styling, and gradient-styled action buttons that match the platform’s visual language.
• Create Prompt button in explorer — The Prompt Explorer page now includes a purple gradient “Create Prompt” button in the header for quick access.
• Reorganized quota dashboard layout — The quota page layout now flows from stat cards at the top, through detailed usage information, to tier information and documentation at the bottom. Tier and “About Quotas” cards are now side by side in a two-column grid.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed emoji tier names in quota errors — When you hit a version quota limit, the error message now correctly shows your tier’s emoji and display name (e.g., “🧭 Explorer”) instead of raw tier identifiers.
• Button label clarity — The “Restore This Version” button has been shortened to “Restore Version” for cleaner presentation.
