Tag Management & Library Detail Redesign
Version: 1.5.0, Date: August 19, 2025
Tag management is now available on prompts, and the library detail experience has been redesigned around it. You can create, edit, and delete tags directly from any prompt, your column layout preferences persist between sessions, and the page itself has been decluttered so more of your working area goes to actually managing prompts. This release also fixes several bugs around prompt duplication, favorites, and the prompt viewer. The rest of this post is grouped by app area.
Highlights
- Tag management on prompts: Create, edit, and delete tags directly from the library detail page.
- Redesigned library detail page: More space for your prompts, less clutter in the header and sidebar.
- Instant prompt duplication: Duplicating a prompt now works without a page refresh.
- Consistent notifications everywhere: All in-app confirmations now use the same toast system.
Libraries
- New: Create, edit, and delete tags directly on any prompt from the library detail page. Tags persist across sessions whether you are working in the prompt card view or the content viewer, and duplicate tags are automatically prevented.
- New: Your preferred column layout in the library detail view is now saved between sessions. When you return to a library, the columns are sized the way you left them.
- Improved: Duplicating a prompt now works instantly without a page refresh. Duplicated prompts carry all content, tags, and metadata, and are automatically given sequential titles (“My Prompt 1”, “My Prompt 2”) so you can tell them apart at a glance.
- Improved: Prompt cards now separate the main content (icon, title, description) from action buttons and date information, making them easier to scan and interact with.
- Improved: The library detail page is decluttered. Library metadata like creation date, creator, and access level has moved into the page header. The redundant library information card and left sidebar have been removed, giving you more space to work with your prompts.
- Improved: The resize bar between the Library Content and Select Content panels is easier to grab. It now uses a visible dot-grip pattern with a full-height hover effect.
- Improved: Copying a prompt now shows a confirmation toast so you know the copy actually happened.
- Improved: Clicking the edit toggle when you have not made any changes now cancels edit mode instead of prompting you to save, reducing unnecessary clicks.
- Improved: The prompt content viewer no longer has excessive spacing in its header. Prompt content sits directly under the title and icon for a tighter layout.
- Fixed: Favorited prompts now keep their favorited status after a page refresh. Favorites persist reliably across sessions.
- Fixed: Prompt duplication no longer fails silently. When something goes wrong you now get a clear error message; when it succeeds it just works.
Across the App
- Improved: In-app notifications now use a single consistent toast system, so feedback looks and behaves the same wherever you are in the app.
- Improved: Library pages load faster and more reliably. Complex nested queries have been replaced with more direct operations, reducing load times when working with large libraries.
