Prompt Explorer Filters, Versions, and Credit Fixes
October 31, 2025
This release brings a major filtering upgrade to Prompt Explorer, adds version tracking badges throughout the platform, and fixes credit display and billing cycle issues. The new color-coded filter system makes it faster to find exactly the prompts you’re looking for, and credit usage now accurately reflects your billing anniversary date.
New Features
- Tags Filter Toggle — A new green toggle in Prompt Explorer instantly filters to show only prompts that have tags applied, making it easy to find your organized and categorized prompts.
- Favorites Filter Toggle — A yellow toggle filters to show only your favorited prompts for quick access to the ones you use most.
- Versions Filter Toggle — A red toggle filters to show only prompts that have version history, so you can quickly find prompts you’ve iterated on.
- Reset Filters Button — A single button clears all active filters at once — search text, library selection, and all toggle filters — so you can quickly return to a clean view.
- Improved Library Dropdown — The library filter now shows all your libraries (not just those containing prompts), displays each library’s custom emoji icon, and sorts alphabetically for easier navigation.
- Color-Coded UI System — A consistent color system now ties related elements together across the interface: green for tags, yellow for favorites, red for versions, orange for prompt limits, and blue for libraries. Filter icons, badges, and statistics cards all follow this scheme.
- Version Count Badges — Prompts now display a badge showing how many versions they have. These badges appear in list view, the prompt viewer, and the edit form. Clicking a version badge takes you directly to that prompt’s version history.
Improvements
- Updated Statistics Dashboard — The stats dashboard was refined to five cards (from six), with the duplicate prompts card removed, “Pinned” renamed to “Favorites” for consistency, and version-related elements updated to red for better visual distinction from tags.
- Enhanced List View — Tags now display as green badges below the library name, and version badges are positioned next to action icons for better information density without clutter.
- More Compact Library Detail Cards — The two-column grid view in library detail pages now uses tighter padding for a more compact display.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Credit Display for Lifetime Users — Lifetime users were seeing 0/0 for their credit allowance instead of their actual limit. The system now correctly reads Lifetime-specific credit fields, so all users see accurate credit information.
- Fixed Quota Page Showing Zero Counts — The quota usage page was showing zero for libraries, prompts, and versions despite resources existing. These counts now accurately reflect your actual usage.
- Fixed BYOK Access Check — The “Bring Your Own Key” access validation was failing due to a missing service method, causing the API Keys menu to not appear in the sidebar for eligible users. This is now resolved, and the sidebar correctly shows or hides the API Keys option based on your tier.
- Fixed Anniversary-Based Credit Resets — Credits now reset on your account creation anniversary date each month rather than on the first of the month. This prevents situations where users signing up late in a month would have their credits reset just days later, ensuring everyone gets a fair 30-day credit cycle.
- Fixed Library Filter Accumulation — Previously, selecting multiple libraries in Prompt Explorer would accumulate selections instead of replacing them. The filter now correctly switches to your selected library.
- Fixed Library Icon Display — Library emoji icons were not appearing in the dropdown due to a missing data field. Icons now display correctly next to library names.
