Export Formats & Workflow Credit Tracking

Two meaningful upgrades shipped today. Every builder and analyzer in EnginifyAI now offers a consistent multi-format export experience, and the Workflows feature gets real-time credit tracking and quota enforcement, so you always know what you’re using and when you’re approaching your limits.

New Features

• Multi-Format Export Dropdown: All builder and analyzer pages now include a hover-triggered dropdown export menu offering three formats: HTML (styled, opens directly in your browser), Markdown (.md, preserves all formatting), and Plain Text (.txt, clean and stripped). Previously, export options varied by page, now the experience is consistent everywhere you work, including Analyzers, Workflows, Prompt Builder, Library Detail (view and edit modes), and Intent Builder.
• Real-Time Credit Tracking in Workflows: After each workflow step completes, a notification shows exactly how many credits were used for that step (e.g., “Step completed • 0.42 credits used”). No more guessing how AI-intensive your workflows are, cost is surfaced right in the interface as execution happens.
• Quota Enforcement for Workflows: The system now validates your available credits before generating workflow steps and before executing each individual step. If you’ve reached your plan’s limit, you’ll receive a clear message with remaining credit info rather than a silent failure or unexpected cutoff.

Improvements

• Smarter File Downloads: Exported files are automatically named based on your content, keeping your downloads folder organized. A confirmation notification appears after every export so you always know it completed successfully.
• BYOK Users Bypass Quota Checks: If you’ve connected your own API key (Bring Your Own Key), workflow step generation and execution aren’t subject to platform credit limits. Your key, your usage.
