Blueprint Toolbars Put Search Last and Narrower

Blueprint toolbars had grown without a consistent order, and the search box stretched to fill whatever room was left. The filters now come first and search sits last at a fixed width, so the toolbar looks the same from page to page.

• Improved: On Browse and Run the order is the category dropdown, then search.
• Improved: On My Blueprints the order is status, visibility and category, then search.
• Improved: Search is last on both pages and a fixed width rather than stretching across the row.
• Improved: The visibility dropdown on My Blueprints reads “All Visibility” by default instead of just “All”, so it is clear what it filters.
