Introducing Intent Builder — AI-Powered Prompt Generation

Intent Builder is now available to all users. It’s a new approach to prompt creation — instead of writing prompts from scratch, you describe what you want to accomplish and Intent Builder breaks your goal into structured dimensions you can refine before generating your final prompt. It supports multiple AI providers with automatic fallback, persistent sessions, and two flexible output modes.

New Features

  • Intent Builder — A goal-driven prompt creation tool. Enter a description of what you’re trying to achieve, and Intent Builder uses AI to identify key dimensions and generate a set of selectable badges organized into groups. Refine your selections, then generate one or more polished prompts ready to save to your library.
  • Multi-provider AI support — Intent Builder works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI. If one provider is unavailable or encounters an error, generation automatically falls back to an alternative — the same reliable behavior you’re used to in Prompt Builder.
  • Combined and parallel output modes — Choose between generating a single unified prompt that incorporates all your selections, or multiple targeted prompts that each focus on a specific dimension. Both modes let you save results directly to your library.
  • Persistent sessions — Your Intent Builder sessions are saved automatically. Leave and come back without losing your goal, badge selections, or generated prompts.
  • Editable goals — Change your objective after generation without starting a new session. When you update your goal, your badge selections reset automatically so you can explore a fresh set of dimensions.
  • Regenerate with different models — Switch your selected AI model and regenerate without losing your badge selections. Experiment with different providers to find the best output for your use case.

Improvements

  • Streamlined badge hierarchy — The badge selection system has been simplified from three levels to two (primary and secondary), making it faster and more intuitive to refine your prompt dimensions.
  • Consistent interface with Prompt Builder — Intent Builder shares the same layout patterns, scrolling behavior, and visual design as Prompt Builder, so the experience feels familiar from the start. Global expand/collapse and raw/formatted toggles let you manage all generated prompts at once.
  • Smarter AI model handling — All AI models now use their full output capacity during generation, eliminating issues where responses could be cut short or incomplete for certain models.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed error modals showing incorrect messages — When an AI model request fails, the error modal now displays the correct message and type instead of showing a misleading quota exceeded notice.
  • Fixed Generate button getting stuck after errors — Previously, encountering an AI error could leave the Generate button permanently disabled. It now re-enables properly so you can retry or switch models.
  • Fixed credit display in error modals — Error modals now accurately show your current credit usage and remaining balance.
