Prompt Designer Custom Options and Scroll UX

A focused polish pass on the Prompt Designer, making the custom option experience consistent and navigation within the tool smoother.

Improvements

• Consistent custom options across all Designer categories. All 15 “custom” card options throughout the Designer’s tabs now use the same pencil icon and follow a unified “Define your own [category]” description pattern. Previously, custom cards varied in appearance and labeling across different sections — they’re now instantly recognizable no matter which tab you’re in.
• Smooth scroll-to-section when expanding categories. When you expand a section in the Designer, the page now smoothly scrolls to bring that section into view. This keeps your focus on the content you just opened, especially helpful when working with sections further down the page.
